摘　　要：高校育人工作是高校工作的核心和基础,在高校教育全过程中融入心理育人理念,形成明确完善的心理育人机制,培育学生良好的心理修养,才能达到全面发展的目标。高校越来越关注大学生的心理健康教育,不仅有相应的心理辅导教师对学生进行指导,更有定期的心理健康教育讲座及活动,还制定了相应的育人机制,有助于大学生心理健康更好的发展。针对高校心理健康教育的育人机制进行分析,探究高校育人机制存在的问题,提出相对应的解决措施。University education is the core and foundation of university work.Integrating the concept of psychological education in the whole process of college education,forming a clear and perfect psychological education system and cultivating students’good psychological cultivation can achieve the goal of comprehensive development.Colleges and universities are paying more and more attention to college students’psychological health education.Not only do the corresponding psychological counseling teachers guide students,they also have regular lectures and activities on mental health education,and they also formulate corresponding education mechanisms to help the mental health of college students.This paper analyzes the education mechanism of mental health education in colleges,explores the problems existing in the education mechanism of colleges and universities,and proposes corresponding solutions.
