贫困地区经济发展与教育扶贫关系分析——基于湖南省湘西州的实证

摘　　要：利用VAR模型对湘西州2005-2015年财政收入(FR)和教育资助(EA)间关系进行脉冲响应分析。结果表明:FR和EA序列存在非平稳性,LFR和LEA序列则存在平稳性,从而可建立VAR模型;通过脉冲响应分析,LEA对LFR呈现正响应,LFR对LEA呈现正响应不太显著;通过格兰杰成因分析表明,FR和EE之间存在相互影响,EA是FR的格兰杰成因,FR也是EA的格兰杰成因,结果说明湘西州经济发展促进了当地教育扶贫,教育扶贫同样促进了当地经济发展。The paper makes the impulse response and Granger Cause about the relationships between RF and ES based on the VAR from 2005 to 2015 in Xiang xi Autonomous Prefecture.The results show that RF and EA are series instability;LRF and LEA series are stability,which can establish the VAR model.Through the impulse response analysis,the response of LES to LRF is volatile,and there is an unstable response of LRF to LEA.Through Granger cause analysis as the lag of 2 cases,RF and EAis mutual influence;RF did Granger Cause EAand EA did Granger Cause RF based on the Granger Cause,which suggests that the economic development is promoting the local educational poverty alleviation and the educational poverty alleviation also is promoting the local economic development.
