摘　　要：目的探讨认知行为护理对青光眼术后患者远期疗效及疼痛的影响。方法选取2015年8月至2017年8月我院收治的青光眼患者114例,随机等分为对照组和研究组,对照组应用常规护理,研究组应用认知行为护理。结果两组患者术后4 d,研究组眼压和视力显著优于对照组(P<0.05);护理后研究组SAS评分与SDS评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用认知行为护理对青光眼患者进行干预,有助于减少患者的疼痛感,提高术后疗效,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of cognitive behavioral nursing on long-term effect and pain of patients after received glaucoma surgery.Methods To select 114 patients with glaucoma,were admitted into our hospital from August 2015 to August 2017,randomly divide them into control group and study group.The control group received routine care;while the study group received cognitive behavioral care.Results The 4 days after surgery,the study group was significantly better in intraocular pressure and vision than that of the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the SAS score and SDS score of the study group were significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the VAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cognitive behavioral nursing intervening patients with glaucoma can help reduce the patient's pain and improve postoperative efficacy,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
