疏肝和胃法联合化疗对肝胃不和型晚期胃癌患者生活质量及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究疏肝和胃法联合化疗对晚期胃癌患者免疫功能及生活质量的影响。方法:研究对象为我院2015年10月-2017年3月收治的肝胃不和型晚期胃癌患者82例,每组41例患者,对照组患者进行常规化疗方案治疗,观察组患者在化疗方案基础上给予疏肝和胃法中药方剂治疗,在治疗前后对患者生活质量评分、T细胞亚群变化进行评价。结果:观察组患者在治疗后生活质量及T细胞亚群变化情况均高于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:对于肝胃不和型晚期胃癌患者在化疗的同时联合疏肝和胃法治疗可提高患者免疫功能,改善患者生活质量及临床症状,可在临床中推广应用。Objective:To observe efficacy of the Shugan Hewei therapy(疏肝和胃法)plus chemotherapy on quality of life and immune function in patients with advanced gastric cancer of the Ganwei Buhe type(肝胃不和型).Methods:82 cases were divided into two groups,41 cases in each.The control group was given routine chemotherapy.The observation group was given the Shugan Hewei therapy more.Quality of life rating and changes of T cell subsets were evaluated.Results:Quality of life rating and changes of T cell subsets in the observation group were higher than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Shugan Hewei therapy plus chemotherapy can improve the immune function of patients with advanced gastric cancer of the Ganwei Buhe type,the quality of life and clinical symptoms,and can be popularized and applied in clinic.
