益肾活血蠲痹法治疗强直性脊柱炎的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:观察益肾活血蠲痹法治疗强直性脊柱炎(AS)的效果。方法:将100例AS患者随机分为中药组50例和对照组50例,两组均予扶他林片(每次75mg,每天1次)和柳氮磺胺吡啶片(每次1.0g,每天2次)口服;中药组在对照组治疗基础上给予益肾活血蠲痹汤(每天1剂)口服,两组均连续用药3个月。观察两组疗效及治疗前后血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)及治疗前后Bath强直性脊柱炎功能指数(BASFI)及Bath强直性脊柱炎病情活动指数(BASDAI)的变化情况。结果:两组治疗后ESR、CRP均下降(P<0.01),且中药组ESR、CRP较对照组降低(P<0.01)。两组治疗前BASFI及BASDAI无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组BASFI及BASDAI均有下降(P<0.01);中药组治疗后BASFI及BASDAI均较对照组低(P<0.01)。用药期间,两组均未见不良反应事件发生。结论:益肾活血蠲痹法辅助治疗AS可显著改善患者的临床症状与体征,有显著的抗炎作用,且短期内未见不良反应的出现。Objective:To observe the effect of the Yishen Huoxue Juanbi therapy(益肾活血蠲痹法)on ankylosing spondylitis.Methods:100 cases of ankylosing spondylitis were randomly divided into TCM medicine group and control group,50 cases in each.Both groups were given diclofenac sodium tablets(75mg per time,1 time daily)and the sulfasalazine tablets(1.0g per time,2 times daily)oral.The TCM medicine group was given the Yishen Huoxue Juanbi decoction more.Both groups were continuously administered for 3 months.The changes of ESR,CRP,BASFI,BASDAI were observed in two groups before and after treatment.Results:ESR and CRP in both groups were decreased after treatment(P<0.01),and in the TCM medicine group were less than the control group(P<0.01).BASFI and BASDAI did not show a significant difference between two groups(P>0.05),were decreased after treatment(P<0.01),and in the TCM medicine group were less than those in the control group(P<0.01).Adverse events were not found in both groups during treatment.Conclusion:The Yishen Huoxue Juanbi therapy on ankylosing spondylitis can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs,with significant antiinflammatory effects,without adverse reactions in the short term.
