王金亮崩漏辨治规律浅析

摘　　要：王金亮是国家级非物质文化遗产——山西省平遥县道虎壁王氏妇科第28代传人,全国首批基层名老中医之一,业医40余载,临床经验丰富,对崩漏的治疗强调分标本,辨虚实,崩者症重而固气为先,漏下症缓则补虚清热祛瘀而治;重视脏腑辨证,分期论治,青春期重肾、育龄期重肝、围绝经期重脾;活涩并用,炭止胶固,常以少腹逐瘀汤活血化瘀止血,再以加减四物汤加味调理善后,临证常加炭类及胶类药加强止血作用;治疗崩漏时常灵活应用《傅青主女科》方。其特色鲜明,疗效显著。Wang Jinliang is the 28th generation of a national intangible cultural heritage--Daohubi gynecology sect of Wang in Pingyao County of Shanxi Province,and he is one of the first famous old doctors of Traditional Chinese Medicine at grass-roots level.Wang has been a doctor for more than 40 years and has accumulated rich clinical experience.During the treatment of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis,he emphasizes the importance of discriminating between manifestation and root causes of disease and differentiating deficiency syndrome and excess syndrome,and considers that metrorrhagia is severe and acute,which should be treated by benefiting Qi at first and metrostaxis is chronic,which should be treated by strengthening body,clearing heat and resolving macula.At the same time,he pays attention to syndrome differentiation of Zangfu(脏腑)viscera and stage diagnosis and treatment,and thinks highly of treating kidney during adolescence,treating liver during adolescence child-bearing period and treating spleen during peri-menopausal period.And he usually activates blood circulation and stops bleeding with decoction for removing blood stagnation in the lower abdomen,then nurses woman’s health with modified Siwu Decoction(四物汤).He also strengthens the effect of stopping blood with charcoal Chinese medicine and collagen Chinese medicine and often uses prescription in Fu Qingzhu Nvke flexibly.The treatment of metrorrhagia and metrostaxishe shows his own character and significant curative effects.
