摘 要:目的:探索渐进式沟通专项训练在实习早期有效提升医护实习生沟通技能的方法。方法:选择2017年4月进入我院进行临床实习的73名临床护理和临床医学专业学生为研究对象,随机分为2组,对照组采用常规的方法进行教育,研究组采用渐进式方法进行沟通技能培育。结果:医患沟通技能评价量表(SEGUE量表)显示,研究组的沟通成绩总体得分明显高于对照组,且在5个维度均与对照组有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:早期渐进式沟通专项训练能有效提升医护实习生的医患沟通能力。Objective]In the early internship,a gradual training was used to explore a method that could effectively improve the communication skills of medical interns.[Method]A total of 73 clinical nursing and clinical medical students admitted to our hospital for clinical practice in April 2017 were randomly divided into two groups,37 in the study group and 36 in the control group.The control group was trained by the conventional method.The study group was trained in communication skills with a gradual approach.[Result]The SEGUE scale showed that the overall scores of interns in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and there were significant differences in the five dimensions between the two group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The early and gradual communication training can effectively improve interns*doctor-patient communication ability.
