小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝胶治疗角膜上皮缺损的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察含20%小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝胶治疗机械性损伤角膜上皮的临床效果。方法:选取机械性损伤致角膜上皮缺损的病人120例,220眼,随机分为观察组用小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝胶60眼,对照组使用0.3%氧氟沙星滴眼液,两组均滴眼4次/d,用药后第3 d,第7 d观察两组病人眼部症状反应及角膜上皮愈合情况。结果:含20%小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝胶组治疗机械性角膜上皮缺损第3 d、第7 d有效率78.33%、93.33%。0.3%氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗机械性角膜上皮缺损第3 d、第7 d有效率55.00%、71.67%。两者有效率比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:含20%小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝胶在短时间内对角膜上皮愈合有显著促进作用,值得在临床上广泛应用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of 20%calf serum deproteinized ophthalmic gel in the treatment of corneal epithelium injury.Methods:120 cases of corneal epithelial defect caused by mechanical injury were randomly divided into observation group(60 eyes),eye drop group(60 eyes)and control group(0.3%ofloxacin eye drops).The two groups of eye drops 4 times/min,3 days,7 days after treatment to observe the two groups of patients with eye symptoms and corneal epithelial healing.Results:The effective rates of 78.33%and 93.33%on the third day and seventh day of mechanical corneal epithelial defect treated with 20%calf serum deproteinized ophthalmic gel group.0.3%ofloxacin eye drops in the treatment of mechanical corneal epithelial defect 3 days,7 days efficiency 55.00%、71.67%,the difference have statistics meaning(P<0.05).Conclusion:The ophthalmic gel containing 20%fetal calf serum deproteinized extract can promote the healing of corneal epithelium in a short time.It is worthy to be widely used in clinic.
