摘 要:基于盾构隧道管片接头的细部构造,分析在正、负弯矩作用下接头分离前后接头的不同力学机理。通过建立接头力学平衡关系,给出在正、负弯矩作用下接头分离前后接头的抗拉刚度和抗弯刚度的非线性解析公式,以及接头的抗压刚度和抗剪刚度的线性解析公式。利用给出的解析公式获得接头的力学参数,通过建立匀质圆环模型、线性接头模型和非线性接头模型3种有限元模型,对比3种模型的内力和变形特征。结果表明:接头抗弯刚度会在接头分离时出现突变,此后接头抗弯刚度较分离前会表现出一定程度的减弱;螺栓预紧力是影响接头分离时螺栓拉力的主要因素,决定接头分离时的分离转角;考虑接头效应,衬砌的弯矩和剪力都会出现明显的减小,衬砌变形会出现较大程度的增加,但对轴力影响较小;管片环向接头分离后,接头抗弯刚度减弱,管片环弯矩尚有进一步减小,变形尚有进一步扩大的趋势。Based on the detailed structure of the segment joint of shield tunnel,different mechanical mechanisms of segment jointbefore and after separation under positive and negative moments were analyzed.By establishing the mechanical equilibrium relationship of joints,the nonlinear analytical formulae for the tensile stiffness and bending rigidity of joints beforeand after separation under positive and negative bending moments were given,andthe linear analytical formulae for the compressive stiffness and shear stiffness of joints were also given.The mechanical parameters of the joint were obtained by using the given analytical formulae.Then,the internal forces and deformation characteristics of the 3 models were compared by establishing the homogeneous ring model,the linear joint model and the nonlinear joint model.Results showthat the bending rigidity of the joint will change suddenly when the joint is separated,which will be weakened to a certain degree compared with that before the separation.Bolt pretightening force is the main factor that affects the tension of the bolt when the joint is separated,and determines the rotating angle when the joint is separated.Considering the joint effect,the bending moment andshear force of the lining will obviously decrease,the deformation of the lining will increase to a great extent,but the impact on the axial force will be smaller.The bending stiffness of the joint is weakened,the bending moment of thesegment ring is further reduced,and the deformation still has a tendency to expand further after the circumferential joint of segment ring is separated.
