摘　　要：巴林特小组是一种帮助医务人员建立良好医患关系的工作方法。介绍了巴林特小组的基本内容,总结了巴林特小组在我国的发展及研究应用概况,并阐述其研究的价值,指出我国研究中存在的不足,最后提出了巴林特小组在我国研究发展的展望。The Balint group is a working method to help medical staff establish a good doctor-patient relationship.This paper mainly introduces the basic contents of the Balint group,summarizes the development and application of the Balint group in China,expounds the value and function of its research,points out the shortcomings in the research of our country,and finally puts forward the prospect of the research and development of the Balint group in China.
