摘　　要：目的研究印记基因10(paternally expressed gene 10,PEG10)在胃癌组织中的表达情况,并探讨PEG10与胃癌的临床病理特征及预后的关系。方法利用免疫组化技术检测84例胃癌患者癌组织、癌旁组织及10例正常胃组织中PEG10表达情况,并结合其临床资料分析其临床意义。结果 84例胃癌组织中有63例(75.00%)PEG10阳性表达,相应癌旁组织中有50例(59.52%)PEG10阳性表达,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.601,P=0.032),而10例正常胃组织PEG10均阴性表达。PEG10的阳性表达与淋巴结转移(χ~2=6.115,P=0.013)及肿瘤的TNM分期相关(χ~2=7.710,P=0.007)。Cox多因素回归分析表明,PEG10阳性表达是患者预后不良的独立危险因素(P=0.03)。结论 PEG10在胃癌组织中高表达,在癌旁组织中相对低表达,而在正常胃组织中不表达。PEG10的表达与淋巴结转移及TNM分期相关。PEG10对胃癌患者预后判断有一定的价值,可能成为一个新的胃癌分子标志物。Objective To study the expression of paternally expressed gene 10(PEG10)in gastric cancer and to explore the correlation of PEG10 with the clinicopathological features and prognosis of gastric cancer.Methods Immunohistoehemistry was used to detect the expression of PEG10 in 84 cases of gastric cancer and the adjacent tissues as well as 10 cases of normal gastric tissues.The clinical significance was analyzed according to their clinical data.Results Of the 84 cases of gastric cancer,the positive rate of PEG10 was 75.00%(63/84)in gastric cancer tissues and 59.52%(50/84)in the adjacent tissues,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.601,P=0.032).While PEG10 was negatively expressed in 10 cases of normal gastric tissues.The expression of PEG10 was associated with lymph node metastasis(χ2=6.115,P=0.013)and TNM staging(χ2=7.710,P=0.007).Cox multivariate regression analysis showed that the expression of PEG10 was an independent risk factor for worse prognosis(P=0.03).Conclusion PEG10 is strongly expressed in gastric cancer tissues and is weakly expressed in the adjacent tissues,but no expression in normal gastric tissues.The expression of PEG10 is correlated to lymph node metastasis and TNM staging.PEG10 expression plays a certain role in predicting the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer,and PEG10 may be a new molecular marker for gastric cancer.
