摘  要:肝性脑病(hepatic encephalopathy,HE)是肝硬化并发症之一,发病率、死亡率高。目前其确切的发病机制尚未完全明确,且尚无特效的防治措施。近年来研究发现,肠道微生态失衡与HE发病相关。肠道微生态失衡导致小肠细菌过度生长、肠道黏膜受损、菌群易位、高血氨症、炎症反应、氧化应激,最终导致HE的发生。因此,改善肠道微生态失衡成为防治HE的新突破。本文旨在对近年来肠道菌群失衡与HE发生、发展的研究新进展及微生态制剂用于HE治疗进行内容总结,为临床防治HE提供有效信息。Hepatic encephalopathy(HE)is one of the complications of cirrhosis,with high morbidity and mortality.The pathogenesis is not completely clear,and there is no effective prevention measures.Recent studies have found that intestinal flora imbalance is related to HE.The dysbacteriosis leads to intestinal bacterial overgrowth,intestinal mucosa damage,bacterial translocation,hyperammonemia,inflammation,oxidative stress,which results in the occurrence of HE.Therefore improving intestinal ecological imbalance has become a new breakthrough in prevention and treatment of HE.In this article,we reviewed the researching progress about the relationship of dysbacteriosis and HE,also the status of probiotics in the treatment of HE.Furthermore,the challenges and future directions of intestinal flora regulation to prevent and treat HE are discussed.
