摘 要:目的探讨和分析改良Mini-CEX在影像核医学临床实习评估的效果,验证Mini-CEX在影像核医学临床实习评估的有效性,促进教学相长。方法选取2017年1月—2018年1月在齐齐哈尔医学院参加临床实习的13级医学影像专业学生120人作为研究对象。使用Mini-CEX测量表进行测评,每位学生接受3次测评。结果初次测评时检测各项合格率均较低,末次测评时学生的各项测评合格率均显著提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。通过分析末次合格率可知,检查善后人文关怀项的合格率最高,分析思路项的合格率最低。结论改良Mini-CEX有利于学生发现自身弱点,不断夯实自己的知识根基,培养学生的综合能力、临床思维能力和动手能力以及职业素养。Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of modified Mini-CEX in clinical imaging assessment of imaging nuclear medicine.Methods 120 medical imaging students at grade 13 who participated in clinical practice in Qiqihar Medical College from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the study objects.Mini-CEX measurement table for evaluation,each student accept three times evaluation.Results The initial test results showed that the passing rates of all tests were lower,and the passing rates of all tests were significantly increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Through the analysis of the final pass rate,we can see that the pass rate of checking humanistic care project is the highest,and the analysis project has the lowest pass rate.Conclusion Improved Mini-CEX is conducive to students find their own weaknesses,and constantly consolidate their knowledge base,develop students'comprehensive ability,clinical thinking ability and practical ability and professionalism.
