摘  要:随着医药卫生体制改革的步伐和国内医院逐步加大对外交流,接轨国际的新趋势,现代医院管理面临新的形势和挑战,对现代医院管理提出新的要求,人力资源管理作为医院战略管理的核心,如何与医院发展的整体战略相匹配,再次成为医院管理者面临的新的课题。作者结合医药卫生体制改革相关政策、通过阐述公立医院人事管理现状、人力资源管理的重要意义以及现代医院管理制度对医院人力资源管理的新要求,提出了对现代医院人力资源管理制度的思考和建议。With the pace of medical and health system reform and the new tendency of domestic hospitals gradually expanding their exchanges with foreign countries and integrating with the world,modern hospital management is facing new situations and challenges,putting forward new requirements for modern hospital management.As a hospital strategy The core of management,how to match with the overall strategy of hospital development,once again become a new topic for hospital managers.Based on the related policies of medical and health system reform,the author puts forward the thoughts and suggestions on the human resource management system in modern hospitals by expounding the status quo of personnel management in public hospitals,the importance of human resources management and the new requirements of modern hospital management system for human resources management in hospitals.
