摘  要:目的探讨实时三维超声检查在孕早期胎儿肢体畸形筛查中的临床应用价值。方法选取2015年1月—2017年12月在我院正规产检的5 869例孕妇,常规按照《产前超声检查指南》要求测量NT厚度及重要结构筛查,发现或者怀疑胎儿肢体异常时,运用实时三维超声检查对胎儿肢体畸形进行诊断,同一畸形结果由2名以上医生共同诊断。对超声检查诊断的所有肢体畸形体胎儿均进行随访,并与产前超声检查结果进行对比分析。结果 5 869例孕早期受检孕妇中,检出胎儿肢体畸形22例(多发畸形3例),漏诊4例,检出率81.8%。结论实时三维超声检查对早期诊断胎儿肢体畸形有重要价值。Objective To explore the clinical value of real-time threedimensional ultrasound to diagnose the abnormalities of fetal limbs in early pregnancy.Methods From January 2015 to December 2017,5 869 pregnant women who had been formally tested in our hospital were selected.According to the guidelines for prenatal ultrasound examination,we measured the thickness of NT and the screening of important structures.If we find or suspect fetal limb abnormalities,we will use real-time threedimensional ultrasound to diagnose fetal limb deformities.The same malformation results were diagnosed by more than 2 doctors.All the fetuses with limb deformity diagnosed by ultrasonography were followed up,and the results were compared with those obtained by prenatal ultrasound.Results Among 5 869 pregnant women in early pregnancy,there were 22 cases of fetal limb deformities(3 cases of multiple malformations),and 4 cases were missed diagnosis,with a detection rate of 81.8%.Conclusion The real-time three-dimensional ultrasonography is important to detect fetal limbs abnormalities during early trimester.
