摘　　要：在两票制推行的背景下以及对传统的药品供应链研究的基础上,探索基于两票制的药品供应链模式;探讨分析了两票制下的二阶段药品供应链牛鞭效应定量分析模型和三阶段药品供应链牛鞭效应定量分析模型,推断出基于两票制的药品供应链,通过大幅压缩层级,有效地削弱供应链中的牛鞭效应,弱化信息需求模式对订单波动的影响。In the implementation of the two-Invoice system background and on the basis of studying the traditional drug supply chain,explores drug supply chain based on the two invoice system;analyzes bullwhip effect quantitative analysis model of two stages of drug supply chain and of the three stage of the drug supply chain based on two invoice system,concludes in the drug supply chain based on the system of two invoice,the bullwhip effect and the impact of information demand model on order fluctuation is weakened through cutting levels of drug supply chain.
