摘 要:随着人们对驾驶和骑乘舒适性的要求的提高,动力传动系统的音响质量已成为一个极其重要的环节,而对传动系统而言,传动齿轮冲击的噪声已成为影响汽车行驶性能的重要项目。在项目开发过程中,工程人员在对车辆进行主观评价时,经常会遇到传动系统的拨浪鼓声。基于ITI Simulation X软件,针对某车型传动系统Rattle问题建立一维仿真模型,并进行优化分析,最后进行整车传动系统扭振测试试验,以验证模拟分析的合理性。With the consumer requirement improving of driving and riding comfort.the development of sound quality of powertrain has become an extremely important link,and for transmission system,the noise of gear percussion of transmission has become an important item that affects the performance of vehicle NVH.In the course of the project development,the engineer often encounter the Rattle noise of the transmission system in the subjective evaluation of the vehicle.And it is very difficult to adjust the gear parameters in the middle and late stage of the project and the cost is very high.Only by optimizing the clutch parameters(mainly stiffness and damping)to adjust;And the ability of the clutch to absorb torsional vibration cannot be continuously strengthened.It is limited by space size and reliability of the components.Beyond a certain range,it only can adopt wide angle clutch or double mass flywheel to solve the problem.But it will increase the cost of the vehicle.If you wait until the middle and late stage of the project to switch the technical scheme,it will undoubtedly be quite passive,which may result in the project being postponed.This is the last thing that every project manager would like to see.And this method introduced in this paper can help people to select the technical scheme in advance by virtual simulation in the feasibility analysis stage.So as to solve this problem to provide a new way of thinking.Aimed at the Rattle problem for a type of vehicle transmission system,we founded one dimensional simulation model based on ITI Simulation X Software and carry on the optimization analysis.Ultimately,we do the torsional vibration test of the transmission system on the physical prototype to verify the rationality of the simulation analysis.
