摘 要:根据内蒙古、新疆和甘肃三省区毛用羊养殖农牧户调查数据,运用三阶段DEA模型排除环境因素与随机误差,实证分析农牧户羊毛生产技术效率。结果表明,剔除环境因素和随机因素影响,农牧户羊毛生产平均技术效率下降,效率值为0.553 3,存在显著效率损失。其中,农牧户平均纯技术效率小幅提高,农牧户平均规模效率下降。农牧户羊毛生产技术效率较低原因,主要是纯技术效率较低且羊毛生产过程管理无效率,随机因素对羊毛生产效率影响可忽略不计。提高农牧户羊毛生产技术效率,需要从羊毛生产过程管理、技术培训和推广及社会服务等方面入手,推广科学经营模式,提高羊毛生产过程中各投入要素利用效率。Based on the survey data of wool sheep farmers in Inner Mongolia,Xinjiang and Gansu Provinces,the three-stage DEA model was used to eliminate the technical efficiency of farmers'wool production stripped of environmental factors and random errors.The results showed that the average technical efficiency of wool production of farmers decreased with the removal of environmental factors and random factors.The value of technical efficiency was 0.553 3,which led to significant loss of efficiency.Among them,the average pure technical efficiency of farmers increased slightly,the average scale efficiency of farmers decreased.And the lower technical efficiency of wool production was mainly due to the low pure technical efficiency of wool production and the inefficiency of management in wool production process.However,the random factors had negligible impact on wool production efficiency.In order to improve the technical efficiency of the wool production of farmers,it was necessary to promote the scientific management mode and improve the utilization efficiency of each input factor in the process of wool production from the aspects of the management,technical training and promotion and social services in the process of wool production.
