摘  要:目的优选陈皮中橙皮苷的提取工艺。方法采用单因素试验结合Box-Behnken响应面法,以橙皮苷提取率为指标,考察乙醇浓度(A)、液料比(B)、提取时间(C)、提取次数(D)等因素对乙醇回流提取工艺的影响,优化陈皮中橙皮苷的提取工艺。结果陈皮中橙皮苷的最佳提取工艺条件为:采用12倍量70%乙醇提取3次,每次提取60分钟,橙皮苷提取率为65.69%。结论采用Box-Behnken响应面法优化得到的陈皮中橙皮苷提取工艺,稳定可行,橙皮苷提取率较高,满足产业化生产需要,可用于陈皮中陈皮苷的进一步开发应用。Objective To optimize hesperidin extraction from Citrus reticulata.Methods The effects of ethanol concentration(A),liquid-to-solid ratio(B),extraction time(C)and extraction times(D)on ethanol reflux extraction process were investigated by single factor test and Box-Behnken response surface method.Results The best ethanol extraction conditions of hesperidin from Citrus reticulata were as follows:ethanol concentration of 70%,the liquid-to-solid ratio of 12∶1(V/W)for 60 min,and the extraction times of 3.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of hesperidin was 65.69%.Conclusion The extraction process of hesperidin from Citrus reticulate optimized by Box-Behnken response surface method is stable and reasonable,which can meet the industrial production needs and can be used for further development and application of hesperidin in Citrus reticulata.
