摘 要:细胞骨架由微丝、微管和中间纤维等构成,细胞迁移需要细胞骨架的参与。研究显示,细胞骨架的改变与癌细胞的侵袭迁移密切相关,因此,细胞骨架可能是治疗肿瘤转移潜在的靶点。本文从细胞骨架与细胞迁移关系的角度出发,概述中药通过调节癌细胞的微丝、微管和中间纤维而起到抗癌细胞转移的作用,显示中药在防治癌细胞转移中具有重要的作用。Cytoskeleton consists of microfilaments,microtubules and intermediate fibers.The cell migration requires the participation of cell cytoskeleton.Studies have shown that the changes in the cytoskeleton are closely related to the invasion and migration of cancer cells.Therefore,the cytoskeleton may be a potential target for the treatment of tumor metastasis.From the point of view of the relationship between cytoskeleton and cell migration,this paper summarizes the effect of Chinese herbs on the metastasis of cancer cells by regulating the microfilaments,microtubules and intermediate fibers of cancer cells.It shows that Chinese medicine plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of metastasis of cancer cells.
