摘　　要：在自媒体为代表的网络智慧时代,高校德育面临着机遇与挑战,高校德育工作者应当把握主流意识形态,主动修正自媒体对大学生思想道德塑造和职业技能素养提升的不利影响,尽快建立适应大学生德育发展状况的德育教学模式、教育方法、教育教学平台以及教育文化阵地,全方位推进德育范式的转换。The era of network intelligence represented by the We-media brings both opportunities and challenges to moral education in colleges and universities.Educators must maintain a keen sense of the mainstream ideology,actively eliminate the adverse effect of the We-media on the formation of students'ideology and the cultivation of their vocational skills and timely devise proper teaching models and methods and create online platforms and cultural fronts to meet the need of the new situation and achieve a paradigm shift of moral education.
