气候伦理儒家原则的经济学阐释--基于博弈论的角度

摘　　要：应对气候变化是一个跨学科的复杂性问题,很多学者已将其追溯到伦理学层面。系统梳理儒家哲学的自然观和气候伦理原则,从博弈论的角度对儒家哲学以"和为贵""明分使群"和公平正义的气候伦理原则进行了经济学阐释。依据气候品生产技术差异划分国际成员,在非合作博弈中能够实现"明分使群"的伦理思想,但均衡结果不满足公平正义的原则。这将导致各国缺乏改进技术的动力并呈现相似且较低的技术水平。在基于"和"伦理拓展的合作匹配博弈中,通过合理设置匹配计划能够解决该问题,同时实现"明分使群"和公平正义两个原则。最终积极应对气候变化的措施都能充分发挥优势,各国均实现福利帕累托改进,公平正义得到切实保障,技术进步、福利提升和气候改善形成相互促进、循环演进的有机统一体。It is an interdisciplinary complexity to combat climate change,and many scholars have traced it back to ethics.This paper summarizes the nature-views and climate ethical principles in Confucian philosophy,and gves an economical interpretation for the ethical principles of^Harmony is precious”,“Division drives a motley crew”,fairness and justice from the perspective of game theory.After categorizing countries based on different technologies of climate goods production,the Nash-equilibrium of non-cooperated game well realizes the principle of“Division drives a motley crew”.However,the outcome is unjust and it will lead to a deficient motivation to improve productivity and an illusion of inefficient production for each country.This problem can be solved by correctly setting cooperate matching games based on the ethics of harmony,where the principles of“Division drives a motley crew”and fairness and justice are both satisfied.Finally,under the three ethical principles,all positive measures give full play to advantages,each country achieves Pareto welfare improvement,and fairness and justice can be guaranteed as well.Technology advancement,welfare increase and climate improvement integrate into an organic whole in which the three elements promote each other in rotation.
