数字化导板在口腔种植临床中的精度评价

摘　　要：目的分析并评价数字化导板在口腔种植临床应用中的精度,为临床干预工作提供参考。方法选择四川省医学科学院·四川省人民医院口腔科2016年3月到2017年5月收治的行口腔种植手术的患者64例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组32例。对照组采用无种植导板辅助植入种植体的方式进行干预;试验组采用数字化导板联合种植体植入的方式进行干预。对两组患者口腔种植的临床效果和精度进行评价、比较。结果两组患者术前设计、种植体的实际位置等方面存在一定差异,种植体的深度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者种植体的根尖部、顶部和角度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔种植术中数字化导板的应用可有效提高种植体植入精度,在临床的研究和应用过程中能体现较高的应用价值,值得推广使用。Objective To analyze and evaluate the precision of the digital guide plate in the clinical application of oral implant in order to provide a feasible reference for clinical intervention.Methods 64 cases treated with oral implants from March of 2016 to May of 2017 in Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital were selected as the subjects and randomized into the control group and experiment group,and each group consisted of 32 cases.The patients of the control group underwent the oral implant without the assistance of the implant guide plate,while the patients of the experiment group were treated with the digital guide plate and implant implantation.Then the clinical efficacy and precision of oral implant were evaluated and compared between the two groups.Results There were some deviations in the preoperative design and the actual position of the implants and no significant difference in the depth of implants between the two groups(P>0.05),but the two groups were significantly different in the apical,top and angle of the implant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the digital guide plate in oral implant surgery can effectively improve the implanting precision and it is of high value in the clinical research and practice,so it is worth popularizing.
