摘　　要：心肺复苏是抢救心脏骤停的唯一有效手段。胸外按压的标准心肺复苏因并发症和禁忌证限制了其在临床的应用,由此开启了腹部提压心肺复苏转化之路。腹部提压通过"腹泵""心泵""肺泵"和"胸泵"的原理,不仅可以建立有效的人工循环,而且具有呼吸支持功能,适用于原发性和继发性心脏骤停。基于腹部提压心肺复苏机制转化产生的腹部提压心肺复苏仪在临床急救工作中得到了广泛的应用。Cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)was the only effective means for cardiac arrest.Chest pressing,being known as standard cardiopulmonary resuscitation,due to complications and contraindications limited its clinical application.Thus abdominal lifting and compression CPR opened a new era of transformation.Through the“abdominal pump”“heart pump”“lung pump”and“chest pump”principle,abdominal lifting and compression CPR not only establish an effective manual cycle but also exert respiratory support function for primary and secondary cardiac arrest.A novel instrument was invented based on the principle of abdominal lifting and compression CPR and it was widely used in emergency at present.
