以就业为导向促进高职教育的内涵式发展

摘　　要：为了符合新时代社会对人才实践能力、应用能力等方面的要求,以就业为导向发展高职教育,是高职院校培养实用型、高技能型人才的必然选择。而内涵式发展的主要表现和特点中,强调的就是为企事业单位培养和输出合格的高技能型专业人才,从而实现教育的可持续发展。主要论述了高等职业院校的教育特点及内涵式教育发展的特点,以及以就业为导向发展高职院校的内涵式教育的措施。To meet the requirement of the new times society on talents′practical and applicative ability,the development of employment-oriented higher vocational education is the inevitable choice for cultivating practical typed and high-skilled typed talents in higher vocational colleges.The aims of the connotative development are to realize the sustainable development of education through training and providing qualified skilled talents for enterprises and institutions.This paper discusses the characteristics of education in high vocational colleges and the properties of connotative education development as well as its corresponding development measures.
