摘　　要：设计开发了一款针对颗粒状粮食与食品的高速立体真空包装机械。通过增加夹袋灌装机构,改进夹袋口及夹袋机构的动作方式,增加中间出料过渡机构,达到缩减整体工艺总耗时、提高包装速度的效果。此外,采用可快速更换的模具结构以及旋转式夹袋口切换装置,使设备可快速切换不同包装规格。A high-speed three-dimensional vacuum packaging machine for granular grain and food is designed and developed.By increasing the bag clampping mechanism and intermediate material transitional discharging mechanism,improving the action mode of the bag clampping mechanism,the overall process time is reduced and the packaging speed is improved.In addition,the quick change of the mold structure and rotary pocket switch device can be used to switch the different packaging specifications quickly.
