摘　　要：当前,油脂后喷技术日益成熟,制成品的色泽、口感和能量水平已成为终端用户挑选饲料产品的重要依据。冲击式流量秤作为传统油脂后喷技术中重要的在线计量设备,其称重精度直接影响着油脂后喷的精度和均匀度。我们从工程实践出发,针对冲击式流量秤在油脂后喷应用中的缺陷和不足,提出了一种基于皮带秤的工程解决方案。At present,the technology of oil after spray is becoming more and more mature,and the color,taste and energy level of finished products have become the important basis for end-user to select feed products.As an important online metering equipment in traditional oil spraytechnology,the weighing accuracy of the impact type flow scale directly affects the accuracy and uniformity of oil after spray.Based on the engineering practice,we puts forward a kind of engineering solution based on belt scale.
