摘 要:采用GB/T 18246-2000酸水解法测定秘鲁鱼粉、中国荣成鱼粉和越南红鱼粉中氨基酸的含量,结果表明:秘鲁鱼粉、中国荣成鱼粉和越南红鱼粉的总氨基酸质量分数分别为60.016%、57.820%和61.544%;秘鲁鱼粉中谷氨酸和精氨酸的质量分数较高,其中谷氨酸为8.781%,胱氨酸仅为0.071%,赖氨酸为4.961%。中国荣成鱼粉中谷氨酸和天门冬氨酸质量分数较高,谷氨酸为8.944%,胱氨酸仅为0.078%,赖氨酸为4.900%。越南红鱼粉中谷氨酸和甘氨酸的质量分数较高,甘氨酸为9.738%,同样也是胱氨酸较低为0.178%,赖氨酸为4.109%。添加到单胃动物饲料中能起到补充和平衡氨基酸的作用。The contents of amino acids in Peruvian fish meal,Chinese Rongcheng fish meal and Vietnamese red fish meal were determined by acid hydrolysis method ofGB/T 18246-2000.The results showed that the total amino acid contents of Peruvian fish meal,Chinese Rongcheng fish meal and Vietnamese red fish meal were 60.016%,57.820%and 61.544%respectively.Glutamic acid and arginine content in Peruvian fish mealwere higher,in which the content of glutamic acid was 8.781%,cystine content was only 0.071%and lysine content was 4.961%.The contents of glutamic acid and aspartic acid in Chinese Rongcheng fishmeal were higher than those of the control group.The content of glutamic acid was 8.944%,the cystine content was only 0.078%and the lysine content was 4.900%.Theglutamic acid and glycine content ofVietnamese red fish mealwere higher,the content of glycine was 9.738%,cystine content was 0.178%,lysine content was 4.109%.Inshort,the contents of methionine,lysine and aspartic acid in fish meal werehigh,which can supplement and balance amino acid in the monogastric animal feed.
