摘 要:通过向9K培养基中添加单质硫和Fe SO_4·7H_2O两种能源物质,从好氧膜生物反应器(Membrane Bio-Reactor,MBR)污泥中分离富集氧化硫硫杆菌(Thiobacillus thiooxidans,T.t)和氧化亚铁硫杆菌(Thiobacillus ferrooxidans,T.f)的混合母液。采用以磁黄铁矿为能源物质的培养基对富集微生物进一步驯化培养后,将其接种在双室微生物燃料电池(Microbial Fuel Cell,MFC)反应器阳极室进行生物浸矿,从反应器产电和电化学分析两方面探究其运行性能。结果表明,富集微生物在磁黄铁矿培养基中培养18 d后,菌液中p H降低至0.98±0.01,Fe^(3+)、SO_4^(2-)浓度分别达到(138.6±10.06)mmol/L、(133.26±2.28)mmol/L;MFC反应器峰值电压达到(126.67±7.02)m V,最大功率密度75.88 m W/m^2。The mixed mother liquor of Thiobacillus thiooxidans and Thiobacillus ferrooxidans was separated and enriched from the sludge of aerobic membrane bioreactor by adding both sulfur and FeSO 4·7H 2O these two energy materials into 9K culture medium.After the enriched microorganisms were further domesticated and cultured by the culture medium which used the pyrrhotite as an energy source,they would be inoculated in the anode chamber of the dual chamber microbial fuel cell reactor for bioleaching.And then the operation performance was explored from two aspects of the reactor electricity generation and electrochemical analysis.The results showed that after the enriched microorganisms were cultured for 18 days in the pyrrhotite culture medium,the pH value in bacterial solution decreased to 0.98±0.01,the concentration of Fe 3+and SO 2-4 reached to(138.6±10.06)mmol/L and(133.26±2.28)mmol/L;the peak voltage of MFC reactor reached to(126.67±7.02)mV and the maximum power density was 75.88 mW/m 2.
