摘 要:董仲舒公羊学的本体论是天道之阴阳。董仲舒力图将汉王朝的政治生活建立在稳定的本体论之上。在《春秋繁露》中,董仲舒揭示了天道之阴阳与人性的联系,使公羊学的政治思想建立在稳定的人性基础之上。董仲舒公羊学所包含的礼治秩序、君臣关系、君民关系和托古改制等内容都立基于天道之阴阳。The ontology of Dong Zhongshu’s gongyang theory is about the yin-yang of the natural law.Dong Zhongshu attempts to base the political life of the Han dynasty on the stable ontology.In Chun Qiu Fan Lu,Dong Zhongshu reveals the relationship between the yin-yang of the natural law and human nature and bases the political thought in gongyang theory on the stable human nature.The order of the rite rules,the monarch-courtier relationship,the monarchsubject relationship and the system reform according to the ancient tradition in Dong Zhongshu’s gongyang theory are all based on the yin-yang of the natural law.
