摘　　要：目的探讨超声造影联合常规超声在TI-RADS 4类结节鉴别诊断中的临床应用价值。方法对117个TI-RADS 4类结节行超声造影检查,以病理结果为金标准,绘制ROC曲线,分析超声造影联合常规超声对TI-RADS 4类结节良恶性的鉴别诊断价值。结果超声造影联合常规超声诊断TI-RADS 4类结节的敏感性、特异性、准确率分别为92.0%、90.2%、90.6%,ROC曲线下面积为0.91。结论超声造影联合常规超声在TI-RADS 4类结节鉴别诊断中具有较高的诊断效能和临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical application value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS) combined with conventional ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of thyroid nodules of TI-RADS 4. Methods A total of 117 thyroid nodules of TI-RADS 4 were selected,contrast-enhanced ultrasound were performed on all of them,the pathological results was taken as the gold standard,ROC curve was drawn to analyze the value of CEUS combined with conventional ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of thyroid nodules of TI-RADS 4. Results The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of CEUS combined with conventional ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid nodules of TI-RADS 4 were 92.0%,90.2% and 90.6%,respectively. The area under ROC curve was 0.91. Conclusion CEUS combined with conventional ultrasound has high diagnostic efficacy and clinical application value in the differential diagnosis of thyroid nodules of TI-RADS 4.
