摘  要:围绕甲醛捕捉剂对漆膜的附着力、光泽度、耐磨性、硬度的影响展开研究,采用经过甲醛捕捉剂处理后的胶合板和没有经过处理的胶合板,涂饰相同量的油漆,进行对比实验。结果表明:甲醛捕捉剂对硝基漆、醇酸清漆漆膜附着力没有影响;对水性聚氨酯漆的漆膜附着力有一定的影响,使漆膜附着力等级降低到1~2级之间。甲醛捕捉剂对漆膜光泽度、硬度、耐磨性没有影响。该方法成本低廉,甲醛降解效率在95%以上,过程可控,操作简单方便,能有效地提高人造板的质量。The application of formaldehyde trapping agents in wood-based panels has become one of the important ways to reduce formaldehyde emission from wood-based panels.Authors of this paper study the effect of formaldehyde capture agent on the paint adhesion,gloss,abrasion resistance,hardness,and carry out contrast experiment by using formaldehyde capture agent treated plywood and untreated plywood with the same amount of paint coating.The results show that the formaldehyde trapping agent has no effect on the adhesion of the nitro lacquer and the alkyd lacquer varnish film and the adhesion of the waterborne polyurethane varnish film to a certain extent and the adhesion of the lacquer film reduces to the grade 1-2.Formaldehyde trapping agent on the film gloss,hardness,and wear resistance has no effect.The method has the advantages of low cost,formaldehyde degradation efficiency of more than 95%,process controllable,simple and convenient operation,and can effectively improve the quality of the wood-based panel.
