摘　　要：针对曹妃甸石化产业基地建设带来的环境影响及曹妃甸环境空气质量改善面临的困境进行分析,并基于曹妃甸实际情况,提出了其实现经济发展与环境保护共赢的发展思路。This article analyzed the environmental impact on the construction of Caofeidian petrochemical industrial production base and the difficulties of improving air quality in Caofeidian,and proposed the win-win development idea of the economic development and environmental protection,which is based on the actual situation of Caofeidian.
