摘  要:针对某外导体上锥段轴套零件加工的技术难题,介绍了该零件加工的尺寸要求,提出了刀具设计问题和切削循环时让刀的处理问题,进而给出了这两个问题的解决方案。围绕数控机床对端面粗车时G72循环语句原理,通过编写阶梯形轴套内部加工程序代码,分析了零件加工工艺路径,编制了零件加工工序参数卡片,指出只有按照零件加工的尺寸要求,选用或设计合适的刀具,选择正确的数控机床程序语句并编写加工程序代码,合理分析零件加工工艺路径,确定合理的零件加工工序及其加工参数,才能加工出优质的零件产品。In this paper,aiming at technical problems of processing pyramid segment shaft sleeve parts on outer conductor,the authors introduced dimensional requirements of processing the parts,and put forward design issues of cutter and handling cutter back-off during the cutting cycle.Then,the authors pointed out solutions to these two problems.Thirdly,the authors expounded principles of G72 loop statement for numerical control machine on rough turning of end face,and wrote program code of internal machining of stepped appearance.Fourthly,the authors analyzed path of processing technology of parts,and compiled parameter cards of manufacturing procedure.Finally,the authors pointed out that only in accordance with size requirements of parts processing,choose or design suitable tool,select correct numerical control machine language program statements and compile processing program code,reasonable analysis on path of processing technology and determine reasonable manufacturing procedure of parts as well as its processing parameters may produce quality parts.
