工程教育认证背景下的自动化专业持续改进策略研究

摘　　要：本文以国际工程教育认证为契机,分析自动化专业的发展现状和未来的定位情况,以国际化的改革视角从学生人文素质、师资创新培养和教学管理工作等方面进行持续改进策略的全面探索,有利于促进自动化专业建设的工程实用化和国际通用化,全面培养学生的综合素质能力,为自动化专业的未来发展指明了方向。In this paper,taking the opportunity of international engineering education certification,the authors analyzed development status and future location of automation specialty.Then,the authors roundly explored strategies of continuous improvement from aspects of humanistic quality,innovation training of teachers and teaching management work as well as international reformation,which are beneficial to promote functionization of engineering and international universalization of automation specialty construction and point out the direction for future development of automation specialty.
