胃大部切除术治疗胃十二指肠溃疡大出血的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨在胃十二指肠溃疡大出血治疗中,胃大部切除术的临床应用效果。方法选取本院2015年1月~2016年12月接收的胃十二指肠溃疡大出血患者54例,随机分为两组,对照组行常规西医用药,观察组行胃大部切除术,观察两组恢复情况、临床效果以及并发症。结果观察组胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间以及治疗费用均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率较对照组高,并发症发生率较对照组低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃十二指肠溃疡大出血治疗中,胃大部切除术疗效确切,且并发症较少,康复时间较短,可满足广大患者的需求。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of subtotal gastric resection in the treatment of massive hemorrhage of gastroduodenal ulcer.Methods 54 cases of patients with massive hemorrhage of gastroduodenal ulcer were selected and randomly divided into two groups,the control group received conventional western medicine treatment,while the observation group underwent subtotal gastrectomy,observe two groups of recovery condition,clinical effect and complications.Results in the observation group,gastrointestinal function recovery time,hospitalization time and cost of treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the total total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in control group,and the complication rate was lower than that control group.The difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05).Conclusion subtotal gastric resection is effective in the treatment of massive hemorrhage of gastroduodenal ulcer,with less complications and shorter rehabilitation time.It can meet the needs of the majority of patients.
