大学生创业意愿的影响因素研究

摘　　要：以安徽省高校大学生为样本,采用Logistic回归模型分析大学生创业意愿的影响因素。实证结果表明,性别、年龄、家庭创业情况、家庭支持、教育培训、学校支持、金融政策、商业环境、成果转化和文化规范变量对大学生创业意愿均存在显著影响作用,受教育程度、专业和兼职经历对大学生创业意愿不存在显著影响作用。根据实证研究结果提出对策建议,以提升大学生创业意愿。This paper,taking the college students in Anhui province as samples,analyzed the factors influencing college students’entrepreneurship intention using the Logistic model.Results of the research indicate that factor like gender,age,family entrepreneurship situation,family support,education and training,college support,financial policy,commercial environment,achievement transformation and cultural norms have significant effects on the college students’entrepreneurship intention.The education degree,major and part-time working experiences have no significant effect.Some tactics and suggestions were proposed according to the research results to promote college students’entrepreneurship intention.
