摘 要:目的探讨角色模拟教学法在妇产科见习课中的应用效果。方法将本校2014级五年制2、4、13、14班212名学生作为研究对象,选取13和14班104名学生为对照组,遵照传统模式进行教学,而2班和4班108名学生为实验组。按照角色模拟法进行教学。对两组的理论知识考试、操作技能考试成绩及学生反馈进行评价。结果实验组的理论知识考试、操作技能考试成绩均有显著优势,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。大多数参与调查的学生认为这次教改的效果较好,并且有较好的普及性。结论在妇产科见习课中,应用角色模拟教学法,可以提高学生学习的积极性。Objective To explore the application effect of role model teaching method in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 212 students of 5-year grade 2014 at 2,4,13,14 class in our school were selected as the research objects,and 104 students at 13 and 14 class were selected as the control group.And 108 students at 2 and 4 class were the experimental group.Teaching in accordance with the role simulation method.The two groups of theoretical knowledge test,operation skill test results and student feedback were evaluated.Results The experimental group had a significant advantage in theoretical knowledge and test scores,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Most of the students who participated in the survey thought the reform was better and more popular.Conclusion In the course of obstetrics and gynecology,the application of role model teaching method can improve students'enthusiasm for learning.
