摘  要:目的研究双源CT血管成像诊断颅内动脉瘤的价值并与DSA比较。方法选取我院2015年2月—2017年10月收治颅内动脉瘤患者30例作为研究对象,所有患者均通过数字减影血管造影术(DSA)确诊。采用双源CT血管成像对患者进行诊断,数据传入工作站经容积再现、多平面重组、最大密度投影等技术将颅内动脉瘤情况进行充分显示。结果双源CT血管成像显示30例颅内动脉瘤患者,其中26例患者为单发,4例为2个动脉瘤,共计34个动脉瘤。动脉瘤位置包括大脑前动脉3个,大脑中动脉3个,基底动脉5个,后交通动脉4个,前交通动脉6个,颈内动脉13个。最小动脉瘤直径为2.1 mm,平均直径为(7.1±1.6)mm。34个动脉瘤瘤壁钙化,29例瘤颈、1例瘤内血栓显示清晰。结论颅内动脉瘤患者采用双源CT血管成像诊断能够将动脉瘤大小、位置、形态及周围组织结构关系清晰显示,能够为颅内动脉瘤的诊治提供有利依据,是诊断颅内动脉瘤的理想诊断方式。Objective To study the value of dual source CT angiography in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms and to compare with DSA.Methods 30 cases of intracranial aneurysms from February 2015 to October 2017 in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.All patients were diagnosed by digital subtraction angiography(DSA).The patients were diagnosed by dual source CT angiography.Data access workstations are fully displayed by volume rendering,multiplanar reformation and maximum intensity projection.Results The dual source CT angiography showed 30 cases of intracranial aneurysm,of which 26 cases were single,4 cases were 2 aneurysms,with a total of 34 aneurysms.The position of the aneurysm consists of 3 anterior cerebral arteries,3 middle cerebral arteries,5 basilar arteries,4 posterior communicating arteries,6 anterior communicating arteries and 13 internal carotid arteries.The diameter of the smallest aneurysm was 2.1 mm,and the average diameter was(7.1±1.6)mm.34 aneurysm wall calcification,29 cases of tumor neck,1 case of intratumoral thrombus showed clear.Conclusion The diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm by dual source CT angiography can clearly show the relationship between the size,position,shape and the surrounding tissue structure of the aneurysm.It can provide a favorable basis for the diagnosis and treatment of intracranial aneurysms,and it is an ideal diagnosis method for the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms.
