探讨鼻内镜下微波手术治疗鼻腔血管瘤的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的研究探讨鼻内镜下微波手术治疗鼻腔血管瘤的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月—2017年6月我院收治的鼻腔血管瘤患者80例作为研究对象,并将其随机平均分成观察组与对照组,其中对照组采用传统开放手术治疗,观察组采用鼻内镜下微波手术治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的术中出血量、住院时间及术后并发症情况均优于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜下微波手术治疗鼻腔血管瘤对患者创伤小,可有效减少手术出血量及术后并发症,缩短康复时间,效果显著。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of endoscopic microwave surgery in the treatment of nasal hemangiomas.Methods 80 cases of patients with nasal hemangiomas admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group randomly.The control group was treated with open surgery,and the observation group was treated with endoscopic microwave surgery,comparing the treatment effect of two groups of patients.Results The observation group patients with intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay and postoperative complications were significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nasal endoscopic microwave surgery for the treatment of nasal hemangiomas small trauma patients,which can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding and postoperative complications,shorten the recovery time,the effect is significant.
