探讨氟桂利嗪与血塞通联合治疗脑动脉硬化性头晕的临床价值

摘　　要：目的分析研讨氟桂利嗪与血塞通联合治疗脑动脉硬化性头晕的临床价值。方法选取我院2015年8月—2017年9月收治的脑动脉硬化性头晕患者80例作为研究对象。采用1∶1随机数字法,将其分为两组。对照组接受血塞通治疗,研究组接受氟桂利嗪联合血塞通治疗,观察比较两组患者治疗状况。结果研究组患者的治疗总疗效为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者血液流变学指标对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血塞通联合氟桂利嗪治疗脑动脉硬化性头晕,疗效突出,并对脑功能有一定保护作用。Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical values of flunarizine combined with Xuesaitong in the treatment of cerebral arteriosclerotic dizziness.Methods 80 cases of Cerebral Arteriosclerotic dizziness admitted to our hospital from August 2015 to September 2017 were selected as the research subjects.The 1∶1 random number method was used to divide it into two groups.The control group was treated with Xuesaitong.The study group received flunarizine combined with Xuesaitong treatment.The treatment status of the two groups was observed and compared.Results The total curative effect of the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(77.50%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in hemorheology between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xuesaitong combined with flunarizine in the treatment of cerebral arteriosclerosis vertigo,prominent curative effect,and has certain protective effect on brain function.
