摘　　要：人文修养作为医务人员所必备的修养,已逐渐得到重视。但目前,医务人员对人文修养的认知还存在一些问题:对人文修养的内涵认识在总体上不够清晰;对人文修养的重要作用认识也不够。为解决这些问题,全社会要形成重视人文修养的风气,学校要加强人文修养教育,行业和单位要重视人文修养的宣传,医务人员也要重视自身学习。Humanities accomplishment,as medical staff's essential quality,has gradually been paid attention to.While at present,there still exist some problems in medical staff's cognition:the general understanding of the con?notation of the humanities accomplishment is not clear;and the understanding of the important role of humanistic ac?complishment is not enough.To solve these problems,the emphasis should be put on the humanities accomplish?ment in the society,humanities accomplishment education must be strengthen in schools,great importance should be attach to the propaganda of humanities accomplishment in industries and units,and medical staff should also at?tach importance to self improvement.
