摘　　要：通过对造粒尾气风机振动值监控,结合生产实际情况分析得出风机振动规律,通过尾气分析及风机参数计算对风机叶轮增加涂层改造,消除风机强振动隐患,延长造粒尾气风机维护周期,减少开停车频次,降低生产成本,保证生产装置长周期运行。based on granulation exhaust fan vibration value monitoring,combining with the actual production situation analysis show that the vibration of the fan,and through the analysis of the exhaust fan parameter calculation of the fan impeller increase coating modification,eliminate the fan vibration hazards,extend the granulation exhaust fan maintenance cycle,reduce the stop frequency,reduce the production cost,ensure the production device runs for a long period of time.
