服务产业发展的焊接自动化人才培养实践探索

摘　　要：介绍了2017年全国机械行业职业教育教学成果奖特等奖项目。产业转型升级对焊接高技能人才培养提出新的要求,针对焊接专业人才培养中技能人才短缺、实训基地建设和教师队伍建设等方面存在的问题,以广西机电职业技术学院为例,总结焊接自动化人才培养模式改革的主要措施和取得的成效,在校企融合发展理念、产教协同育人模式、专业服务产业的途径等方面取得创新,为焊接自动化人才培养和专业服务产业发展提供借鉴和参考。2017 National Machinery Industry Vocational Teaching Achievement Award is introduced.The industrial transformation and upgrading has put forward new requirements for the cultivation of high skilled personnel.In this paper,aiming at the existing problems in the training of welding professionals,take Guangxi Technological College of Machinery and Electricity as an example,summarize the main measures,results and innovation points of the reform of the training mode of the welding automation personnel,providing reference for the training of welding automation talents and the development of professional service industries.
