摘　　要：结合上海地区工程实例,对圆隧道内部结构全预制、明挖隧道全装配结构及装配整体式结构开展结构设计、施工工艺及设备等研究,以提升道路隧道预制建设水平,对软土地区城市道路隧道预制拼装技术的推广应用提供技术指导及借鉴。全预制拼装技术方案简单、实用且效益显著,可大大提升软土地区城市道路隧道的绿色建设水平,是一种先进的隧道建设新思路与方法。In combination with the engineering examples in Shanghai,a study is carried out on the structural design,construction technology,and equipment for the full-preparation of the internal structure of the circular tunnel,the fully-assembled structure of the open-cut tunnel,and the integral structure of the tunnel,in order to improve the level of prefabrication of the road tunnel,and to the urban roads in soft soil areas.The promotion and application of tunnel prefabrication and assembly technology provide technical guidance and reference.The full prefabrication and assembly technology scheme is simple,practical and has significant benefits,which can greatly enhance the level of green construction of urban road tunnels in soft soil areas.It is an advanced new way of thinking and methods for tunnel construction.
