摘 要:针对船舶结构贯穿开口设计需求量大、协调和迭代次数多等问题,提出基于多维知识集成驱动的开口协同设计方法。首先构建基于多维集成知识的开口协同设计知识库,主要包括结构开口原则要求和开口工艺知识;其次将多维集成开口知识封装在开口设计工具中,构建开口协同设计知识组件;最后在设计工具中进行应用,提高开口设计效率和设计质量,减少设计返工次数。In view of the large demand and the large number of coordination and iteration times for design of ship hull penetration,an open collaborative design method based on multidimensional knowledge driven integration is proposed.This paper constructs an open collaborative design knowledge base based on multidimensional integration knowledge,which mainly includes the principle of structure opening and the knowledge of open process.The multidimensional integrated penetration knowledge is encapsulated in the penetration designing tool to build the collaborative design knowledge component of penetration design.It is applied in the design tool to improve opening design efficiency and design quality,reduce redesign times.
