摘 要:针对某飞机设计了机头改装过渡段,利用有限元法进行全尺寸建模和静强度分析,给出各零部件应力分布,并对各零部件进行强度校核;利用Lanczos模态分析法计算改装过渡段和空速管的固有频率和模态形状,结合空速管Karman涡街频率和发动机旋转频率对改装结构的共振特性进行分析。计算结果表明改装过渡段设计合理,传力路线清晰,各结构件强度、刚度满足要求,振动特性良好。This paper designs a modified nose transition section for a certain aircraft.The full-size modeling and static strength analysis are carried out by finite element method.The stress distribution of each part is given and the strength of each part is checked.The natural frequencies and modal shapes of the modified transition section and the pitot tube are calculated using Lanczos modal analysis method.The resonance characteristics of the modified structure are analyzed based on Karman vortex pitot tube frequency and engine rotational frequency.The results verify that the modified nose transition section is properly designed,the force transmission route of the structure is clear and the strength,stiffness is qualified and the vibration characteristic of the structure is of good property.
