摘  要:振动测量是现代工程技术中重要的检测和分析手段,振动测量的设备从接触式发展到非接触式,从单点测量发展到面扫描测量、三维方向振动测量,进而提出了三维扫描振动测量。提出一种三维扫描振动测量的方法及系统解决方案。该系统由3台单点LDV、3套振镜、2套视频采集系统组成。通过视频采集系统和振镜马达可闭环控制激光光点在前方被测表面的扫描,扫描过程中3套单维激光测振仪的光束聚集于一点,实现某点的三维振动精密测量,控制振镜马达的转动,可扫描整个面上的三维振动信息。Vibration measurement is an important test method and analytical approach in modern engineering field.It'is developed from contact to non-contact,from single point measurement to surface scanning,3D vibration measurement.And then the 3D-scanning vibration measuring is put forward.This paper puts forward a method of 3Dscanning vibrometer measuring and system solutions.This system is composed of three sets of single point LDV,three sets of galvanometer,two sets of video acquisition system.Through video acquisition system and galvanometer's motor,the laser point can be controlled to scan the front of surface by the closed loop,three laser points of LDV are gathered in one point to achieve precise measurement of 3D vibration of a certain point and control vibration mirror motor rotation.By controlling the rotation of the mirror,we can get the information of the surface.
