摘　　要：目的分析中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)对激素抵抗性前列腺癌患者预后的预测价值。方法对张家口市第一医院2010年1月—2012年1月收治的112例激素抵抗性前列腺癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。将患者按照NLR结果分为NLR≥3组与NLR<3组,分析NLR与激素抵抗性前列腺癌患者临床资料的关系;按预后分为死亡组和生存组,分析预后的影响因素。结果 NLR水平与患者Gleason评分、临床分期、淋巴结转移、远处转移、分化程度、浸润深度存在明显相关性(P<0.05)。死亡组与生存组在Gleason评分、临床分期、淋巴结转移、远处转移、分化程度、NLR方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。NLR对前列腺癌患者的预后具有预测价值(P<0.05)。结论NLR对激素抵抗性前列腺癌患者的预后具有一定的预测价值。Objective To analyze value of neutrophil granulocyte to lymphocyte ratio(NLR)in prognosis prediction of patients with hormone refractory prostate cancer.Methods Clinical data of 112 patients with hormone refractory prostate cancer admitted during January 2010 and January 2012 was retrospectively analyzed,and the patients were divided into high NLR group(NLR≥3)and low NLR group(NLR<3)according to the results of NLR.Correlation between NLR and clinical data in patients with hormone resistant prostate cancer was analyzed,and the patients were divided into death group and survival group according to prognosis,and influencing factors of prognosis were analyzed.Results NLR level was obviously correlated to Gleason score,clinical stage,lymph node metastasis,distant metastasis,differentiation degree and infiltration depth(P<0.05).There were significant differences in Gleason score,clinical stage,lymph node metastasis,distant metastasis,differentiation degree and NLR between death and survival groups(P<0.05).NLR showed a certain value in prognosis prediction of patients with prostate cancer(P<0.01).Conclusion NLR has a certain predictive value in prognosis prediction of patients with hormone refractory prostate cancer.
