高校教职工高血压病及其影响因素调查分析——以南京某高校为例

摘　　要：采用普查方法并利用《社区居民健康信息调查表》和经过预调查的《基础情况表》,对南京某高校1 265名教职工进行问卷调查,并根据体检结果和回收的有效问卷分析高血压患病影响因素。研究发现:教职工高血压患病率随着年龄增大有上升的趋势;高血糖、高血脂、吸烟、工作性质等因素与高血压患病率有显著的相关性。学校应引导教职工建立健康的生活方式,保持良好的心态,从而降低高血压患病率。With the census method,using the Community Residents Health Information Survey Form and pre-investigated basic situation tables,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 1265 teaching and administrative staff in a university of Nanjing.According to the results of their physical examinations and valid recycling questionnaires,the influencing factors of hypertension were analyzed,which showed that the prevalence rate of hypertension has been increased with age.There is significant correlation between hyperglycemia,hyperlipidemia,smoking and work nature with the prevalence rate of hypertension.Staff should be guided to establish a healthy life style and to maintain a good attitude so as to reduce the prevalence of hypertension.
